Ramsons Perfumes Private Limited ("RPPL", "Company") is committed to the development of India by delivering strategic, scalable, and sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility ( "CSR" ) programs that align with the current and future needs of local communities around operations and larger society in the country.
Objectives and Commitments
The Company can undertake any program(s) / project(s) that are relatable to activities set out in Schedule VII, Companies Act, 2013 including :
Promotion of Education, improving infrastructure of schools or educational institutions.
Promoting preventive Health care, sanitation, safe drinking water facilities.
Rural development programs, eradication hunger, poverty, and malnutrition.
Promoting Women Empowerment and social equality, supporting old age homes, orphanages, blind schools.
Conservation of natural resources and ensuring environment sustainability, animal welfare, protecting flora and fauna on recommendation of the CSR committee the Company may undertake these activities directly or through NGO/charitable/non-profit organisations.
Measures for the benefit of armed forces veterans, war widows and their dependents Training to promote rural sports, nationally recognized sports, Paralympics sports and Olympic sports.
Contribution to the prime minister’s national relief fund or any other fund set up by the central govt. for socio economic development and relief and welfare of the schedule caste, tribes, other backward classes, minorities, and women.
Contributions or funds provided to technology incubators located within academic institutions which are approved by the Central Government.

Selection and Implementation
The Company is keen to be recognized as a catalyst and leader in social change. CSR projects are selected in pursuance to the above-mentioned CSR themes to demonstrate our commitment to the development of India through programs that are the need of the hour, an area of strength for RPPL and those that have significant measurable impacts on the Indian society. The CSR amount may be spent for creation or acquisition of a capital asset subject to the applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 / CSR Rules. The Company implements its program through partner agencies that are selected basis a well-defined criterion.
The CSR Committee constitutes of the Directors of the Company. CSR programs or projects shall be implemented as per the extant internal governance framework following the approval of the CSR Committee. CSR Committee shall formulate and recommend an Annual Action Plan to the Board of Directors in pursuance to the CSR Policy. The CSR Committee shall allocate budget for each Project/Program and monitor the progress thereof from time to time.
Monitoring and Evaluation
CSR activities will be monitored closely on the progress and against key impact parameters extant internal governance framework. The CSR spend will also follow the Shell Group monitoring and evaluation process, wherever applicable, and the requirements of Companies Act, 2013 / CSR Rules.
Surplus of CSR Projects , Unspent CSR Amount and Set-off of Excess CSR Expenditure
Surplus arising out of CSR projects, unspent CSR amount and set-off of excess CSR expenditure shall be dealt with in accordance with the relevant provisions of Companies Act, 2013 / CSR Rules, as may be applicable from time to time.
CSR Activities will be reported through the Board’s Report and will include an annual report on CSR containing particulars as specified in Companies Act, 2013 / CSR Rules.
The Company shall comply with all applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 read with CSR Rules thereof, as amended from time to time, in respect of any of the CSR project(s) / program(s).
Changes in CSR Policy can be made on the recommendation by the Board of the Company. Updated CSR Policy shall be placed on website and informed to all concerned.
