Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are as follows:

• • Rs. 50 shipping charge is applicable on all orders below Rs. 499
• • Free shipping on orders of Rs. 499 and above
• • We currently deliver only within India

COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges

• • COD Charge: Rs. 50
• • COD charge applies to every COD order regardless of cart value

Delivery Timelines

Our standard delivery timelines are:

• • Minimum: 5 days
• • Maximum: 12 days

Order Processing & Shipment

We make every effort to process your order promptly. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or delivered.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:

• • Cancel the unshipped items
• • Notify you via email
• • Issue a refund for the unshipped items using the original payment method

Delivery Guidelines

Please follow these guidelines when receiving your order:

• • Check the condition of the package before accepting delivery
• • If the package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery
• • All shipments include an invoice as required by Indian tax regulations

Claims for Damaged / Missing / Wrong Products

To process a claim, the customer must provide:

• • Unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened
• • Images of the product(s) received

Claims without an unboxing video and product images will not be accepted.
