General Policy
Our standard return policy:

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with an unboxing video (including item # and order #)

Original packaging must be preserved in unused condition

No returns on discounted products (size exchanges only)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

Damaged goods: Email us an unboxing video within 48 hours for replacement

Wrong item: Contact customer care immediately with product photos
Return Process
How returns/exchanges work:

Email request to website.ramsons@gmail.com (response within 72 hours)

Courier pickup arranged within 5 days of delivery

3.
Quality check upon receipt (must be unused with original packaging)

4.
Refund processed within 1 week or exchange shipped (15-25 day total process)
Note: Exchanges limited to two attempts per order. Non-compliant items will be returned at your expense.
