• Shipping Charges

Rs. 50 shipping charge is applicable on all orders below Rs. 499.

No shipping charge on orders Rs. 499 and above.

 

• COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges

COD Charge: Rs. 50

This charge applies to every order choosing COD payment mode.

COD charge is irrespective of the cart value.

 

• Delivery Timeline

Minimum delivery time: 5 days

Maximum delivery time: 12 days

 

• Order Processing & Shipment

In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order completely within 7 working days, we will cancel the unshipped items and notify you via email. A refund for the unshipped items will be issued using your original method of payment.

 

• Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it.

• Claim Requirement (Mandatory)

 

To process any claim related to:

• damaged products
• missing items
• wrong products delivered

 

The customer must provide:

• Unboxing video clearly showing the package opening
• Images of the product(s) received
• Claims without an unboxing video and product images will not be accepted.

 

• Invoice

All shipments, including gift items, will include an invoice with the product price as required by Indian tax regulations.
